Adult equipping groups are part of Oakwood's Family night and occur alongside Treehouse groups for children. Any adult can attend regardless of whether you have children attending Treehouse. The evening begins with a free dinner served at 5:30pm. At 6:00pm, adults will move into the Worship Center for a time of prayer then to the classrooms for the equipping groups.
The six week Bait of Satan group session is based on the book, Bait of Satan by John Bevere. We will explore how we can become ensnared by bitterness, seized by anger, or held captive by resentment because someone has offended us. We will learn how to escape Satan's grip, avoid a victim mentality, practice forgiveness, experience reconciliation, and remain free in Christ. It is not necessary to purchase the book for the class.

Oakwood Community Church
