As announced on Sunday, May 17, 2026, Oakwood's Annual Membership Meeting will take place on Sunday, June 14th after the 10:00am service. The membership meeting will be for members to affirm the annual budget and leadership candidates for the 2026-2027 ministry year which begins July 1st. 

Please read the attached letter from Oakwood's Lead Pastor, Don Jackson, including the leadership candidates, a letter from Oakwood's Elders as well as the proposed budget (links to PDFs below). This information was sent via postal mail and email to all Oakwood members to review before the meeting. Printed copies are also available at the Oak located in the lobby.

Elders will be available after the service in Classroom 1 on Sunday, May 31st and Sunday, June 7th to answer questions. You can also contact any of the Elders, including Elder Chairman, Jeff Moore (elders@oakwoodcc.org) and Pastor Don Jackson (pd@oakwoodcc.org), with any questions.
