Treehouse Children's Ministry

Wednesday is Family Night at Oakwood and truly has something for everyone! Treehouse is Oakwood’s Mid-Week Children’s Ministry! This ministry is designed for children ages 3 years old through 5th grade that encourages them to live Christ-centered lives through activities, games, music, Bible memorization, Bible stores and more! In addition, adults will be offered options to attend…equipping groups with topics like marriage, raising children, spiritual development, etc.

A light dinner will be served for FREE from 5:30pm to 6:00pm and the program is from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Family Nights are designed in stand alone 6 week sessions, Fall and Spring. This is Family Night at Oakwood & there's something for everyone!

• Children ages 3 years old through 5th grade can participate in Treehouse, encouraging them to live Christ-centered lives through activities, games, music, Bible memorization, Bible stories, and more!
• Adults and Teens can grow together & engage in 6-week Equipping Groups with topics like marriage, raising children, spiritual development, etc.
• A light dinner is served for FREE from 5:30pm to 6pm to provide a time to connect and help simplify the night for busy families.
• Childcare is available for infants and toddlers so families can all participate
• Adults and Teens can serve in Childare and Treehouse or attend an Equipping Group.

Fall 2024 Session
Wednesday, October 2nd - Wednesday, November 6th

There will be a meeting on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 6pm-8pm for those serving to prepare for the new session.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Those wishing to serve with Oakwood's children's ministries, student ministries, and safety team must have been regularly attending the church for at least six months and complete the onboarding steps including an application, a child safety training session and a background check (paid for by the church) before being able to serve in those ministries.
