Men's Fall Retreat

Hello Men of Oakwood,

I want to remind you and strongly encourage you to register for our Fall Men’s Retreat at Camp Barakel on October 21-23.  It’s a weekend just for the guys!  This is a great opportunity for Christian fellowship. You might come for the activities, or you might just enjoy relaxing. Camp Barakel has 350 acres to explore, including all the frontage on spring-fed Shear Lake. Four Chapel sessions are planned where the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be proclaimed, and you will be challenged to know and love the Savior.

We can plan to take the church bus if there is a need.  It would be fun to take our Band of Brothers on a road trip!  Fall in northern Michigan is awesome!  Camp Barakel makes it even better with great food, activities like axe throwing, zip lining, hiking, and more.

You need to register on your own by CLICKING HERE (we are not able to register as a group).  The total cost is $125. You need to pay a $50 deposit at the time of registration with the balance due the week before the retreat on October 21-23.  Don’t wait to register… spots fill up quickly as the event approaches!
