Hello Great Family,
Thank you for being a great praying family! Sunday night I went to the hospital by ambulance thinking I was experiencing a major heart attack. Praise God it was not a heart attack and I am doing just fine. I am confident that I am being carried by your prayers and God is blessing by giving me added time.
After sitting in a hospital bed on two different occasions in the past week, I have a special message I want to preach this Sunday. Facing mortality will make you think differently about God's precious gift of life. We will put our series in the book of Acts aside until after the holidays. This Sunday the message is titled, "The Good Life". I want to encourage you to be looking for life in all the right places. I would encourage you to attend and invite everyone you can to join you. The Gospel will be prominent in this practical and impactful message.
News from the office... We want to thank Margaret Popilek for her years of serving on our office staff. Margaret is leaving her position in order to serve her family by caring for her grandchildren. Margaret was a wonderful addition to our staff and she will be greatly missed in the day to day work of managing the church. On another note... We want to introduce and welcome Caye Moore to the office staff. Caye is learning everything she needs to know to be effective in this position and we are excited to have her aboard. Be sure to thank Margaret and welcome Caye when you see them at church.
God Bless,
P.D. (Psalm 139)
