Hello Great Family,

Participate with your church family this Sunday.  We will gather at 9am & 11am for worship, preaching and fellowship.  Then our Harvest Festival will begin at 3:30pm!!  This is an “ALL IN” event and we need you here.  Here are some details to help prepare you for that day:

• Trunk or Treat servants please bring your first bag of candy to hand out.  We will continue to replenish your supply from Mount Candy
• Cars arrive by 2:30pm to set up and prepare for Trunk or Treat
• Trunk or Treat lot closed at 3:00pm and judging will begin
• Everyone goes into the Worship Center at 3:30pm for the STAND presentation
• People from our Safety Team will patrol the Trunk or Treat lot during presentation
• Bring a non-perishable food item to donate to Stand Ministries
• Volunteers will be released first after the presentation to get in place
• Trunk or Treat and other activities will be open from around 4:15pm to 5:30pm
• Be friendly and welcoming to our community
• Pray for effectiveness!!

Please help us by helping to promote our Harvest Festival.  Invite family, neighbors and friends.  You should also post the flyer (attached) on social media.  Oakwood is a great church because we have people like you in the family!  Thanks for participating and helping us reach our community!
